Dr. Fadi Delly has lived and spent his entire professional career in the State of Michigan. He is a graduate of the Wayne State University School of Medicine and completed his Neurology residency training at the Detroit Medical Center through the Wayne State University program under the internationally recognized mentorship of Dr. Robert Lisak and Dr. Omar Khan.
Dr. Delly has a strong passion for medical education and mentorship of future generations of physicians. He served for more than five years as core faculty in the training of interventional pain physicians at the Detroit Medical Center and University Pain Clinic. In 2023, he was appointed Medical Director for Stroke Services at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital and Henry Ford Brownstown Hospital, where he oversees the quality and continuity of stroke care for the Downriver community.
Dr. Delly believes that ongoing education and research are essential to advancing the fields of neurology and pain medicine. He is committed to bringing the latest evidence-based treatments and innovations to his patients. In recent years, he has expanded his practice to include orthobiologic medicine and is certified in advanced orthobiologic procedures, including bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), micro-fragmented adipose tissue (mFAT), and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapies.
Dr. Delly is among the few neurologists worldwide who are fellowship-trained in both Clinical Neurophysiology and Pain Medicine. His neurophysiology training provides specialized expertise in the diagnosis and management of epilepsy and neuromuscular disorders, as well as the interpretation of electroencephalography (EEG) and electromyography (EMG) studies. His pain medicine training offers extensive expertise in both interventional and pharmacologic approaches to pain management.
Dr. Delly is an active member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and The Orthobiologic Institute.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Delly enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He especially values family dinners and takes great pride in supporting his children in their academic and extracurricular activities.
