Caitlin Lopez, FNP BC

Caitlin Lopez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with deep roots in the Downriver community, where she was raised and continues to reside. She is passionate about serving the community she proudly calls home and takes great pride in caring for patients at Premier Neurology and Pain Specialists.

Caitlin began her nursing career in 2013 after completing her training through Henry Ford Health in Detroit. She spent several years providing bedside care in a variety of clinical settings, ultimately serving as a registered nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU). Her experience caring for critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment helped shape the strong clinical expertise, compassion, and dedication that continue to guide her practice today.

Caitlin believes that building meaningful relationships with her patients is essential to achieving the best possible outcomes. She is committed to partnering with patients throughout their healthcare journey and strives to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes both physical and emotional well-being.

Outside of medicine, Caitlin enjoys spending quality time with her husband and children. She also enjoys life on her farm, where she spends time gardening and caring for her herd. Her love of family, animals, and rural living reflects the same compassion and dedication she brings to her patients every day.

Brandon Karjo NP

Brandon Karjo is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. He is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment tailored to each patient’s unique needs, goals, and overall well-being.

Brandon earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Chamberlain University in 2021. Following graduation, he gained valuable clinical experience working in the emergency department, where he cared for patients with a wide range of acute and complex medical conditions in a fast-paced environment. His background in emergency medicine is critical to caring for patients with both acute and chronic neurological and pain conditions.

Driven to further expand his knowledge and scope of practice, Brandon returned to Chamberlain University to earn his Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner in 2025. Prior to joining our practice, he worked in primary care, where he developed extensive experience in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and promoting long-term health and wellness.

Brandon believes that building strong relationships with patients is essential to achieving the best possible outcomes. He takes pride in partnering with patients throughout their healthcare journey and is dedicated to helping them improve their health, maintain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with friends, traveling whenever he has the opportunity, and exploring new places and experiences.

Tiffany Martinez

Tiffany Martinez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of nursing experience caring for patients across a variety of healthcare settings. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive clinical expertise while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Tiffany began her nursing career in high-acuity specialties, working as both a cardiac nurse and an emergency room nurse. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation in the management of complex medical conditions and sharpened her ability to deliver exceptional care to our complex neurology and pain patients.

Committed to advancing her education and expanding her role in patient care, Tiffany earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Walden University. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, she has cared for a diverse patient population, including several years working with geriatric patients. Her passion for helping patients improve their quality of life ultimately led her to specialize in neurology and pain management, where she is dedicated to helping patients manage chronic conditions, reduce pain, and maintain their independence and daily function.

Tiffany believes in building meaningful relationships with her patients and takes pride in providing individualized, compassionate care that addresses each patient’s unique needs and goals.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and relaxing with a good book.
